Error during calculation.

Issue

An error occurs when Smart Construction Simulation calculation is executed.

Answer/Cause

This error is displayed when there is a deficiency in the calculation conditions as shown below.

In the calculations, the condition of the soil is observed, and the soil transported to the embankment is first spread out to become "soil awaiting treatment," and then the "soil awaiting treatment" is spread out to create "soil awaiting compaction," in the order in which the work is performed.

Therefore, if the construction machine for the first spreading operation is not set, the above error message will be displayed, indicating that there is no "soil awaiting treatment" for spreading.

Please change the machine settings in the soil distribution plan as follows.

Explanation/How to deal

Enter the number of machines you wish to use in the "Excavation Loading" field as follows.

1）Click "Machine."

2)   Select "Soil Distribution."

3)　Choose "Add."

4)    Select the excavator you want to use from the "Shovel" tab, and click "Add".

5)    Enter the number of excavators you want to use in the "Excavation and load" field.

You will need to add construction machine and dump trucks until all checkboxes in the "Requirements" column are checked.

In this case, the "Excavate" field will be checked, so the remaining "Transportn," "Spread," and "Compact" fields need to be checked.

When setting up the construction machine on the embankment side with the bulldozer by itself, enter the roles of scatter, spread and compact as follows.

6)  Click "Add" button.

7)   Select the bulldozer to be used for spreading or compaction from the "Bulldozer" tab, and click "Add".

8)　Enter the number of bulldozers you want to use in the "Spreading, leveling, and compaction" field.

　In this case, since "Spread" and "Compact" are checked, it is necessary to check the remaining "Transportation" checkbox.

9)  Click "Add."

10) From the Dump Truck tab, select the dump truck you want to use for the transportation operation and click  "Add".

11) Enter the number of trucks you want to use in the "Transport" field.

12) Click "Save".
